Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

My hair has become very thin as of late, Ive a bit of a receeding hair line, but its not too noticeable since Ive long hair( to my elbow or so).Ive heard that taking certain vitamins, such as Soya Lechtin increased hair thickness. So far, Ive just been taking MultiBionta and Soya Lechtin tablets.Ive heard there are some pretty good tablets or what-have you, that are available in herbal shops such as natures way.Is there any products I could buy from a shop such as shampoos or as I said before, vitamin/herbal tablets that I could get?
I was reccommended a course of GNC tablets that are apparently excellent, but, unfortunatly, GNC haven't got any shops over here.
Any ideas what I could do?

My apologies on wrong spelling in the topic also :P Only noticed now! Woops!

If I ever start going bald, I'm just going to let it happen. I'm not going to be a chicken **** either, and just shave my head to try and pretend there's no hair loss happening. Oh no, I'm keeping the long hair, so it'll be bald on top, with a pony tail at the back. I'll look like a porn star or something. :D

This is supposed to be the business for thining hair - natural product etc. I don't use it so do a bit of research before you buy to see if it works. It looks fairly expensive.

    Fair enough...

I've really nothing to add to this, I'm nearly 24 and I've got a full head of hair that's as strong and thick as it's ever been. Lucky me. :)

I've heard not eating a proper mix of foods can cause problems with your skin and hair, well your skin is all bad and your hair gets thinner and weaker. It could be the lack of a certain vitamin causing your hair to thin ? I'm just taking guesses here.
