Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Jamaica were awful. England didnt exactly blow me away. As pointed out above I thought the wingers were very quiet. Everything was aimed for Crouch which is fine when it works but what happens when a centre back has him in his pocket/

    I would have liked to have seen more of Downing on the left. I think he could do a good job down there. Cole was his usual self IMO. Very often seems to drift in and out of games and then pop up with a goal and everything is forgiven.

    AS long as none of the injuries are serious they will be happy with their preparation. Owen getting fitter and scoring, Crouch surely picking himself up front are two huge boosts for this team.

    For a couple of weeks during the world cup, I will be in Dublin so that ban ain't going to do much :p

    I'm happy they won 6-0 as that team's not going to go far in the world cup. :) I was getting a bit worried that Sven realised he needed a holding midfielder. ;)
