Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Nokia battery question

    Ok, heres the thing.
I have a Nokia 3650 here, it was rarely used and has been sitting in a drawer for several months without being charged.
Plugged the charger in yesterday, and it seems to be doing nothing, the charger is definitely working, so im assuming the battery just discharged so much that it is beyond the minimum power to trigger a charge cycle.

Any ideas how I can "jump-start" the battery (Li-on I assume) to a point where it will begin charging?

Scratch that, just got it working, figured rather than delete the post id pass on the trick in case anyone else wants to do same.

I got one of those "emergency charger" keyrings in marks & spencer, the one thats about 7 euro, runs on 2 AAA batteries, its meant to give u enough charge to make a phone call in an emergency.

Plugged it into the phone with the "dead" battery, immediately, a click and then it shows the charging symbol.
Then put it back on the normal nokia wall charger and wholla, its charging again :):)
