Sometimes I see houses for sale on propertynews.com which are well below market value and it states in the listing that the house is owned by the Northern Ireland Housing Executive and that the house is vacant as the occupant was "forced to vacate it due to threat or intimidation" Does anyone know of anyone who has bought…

Does anyone know of anyone who has bought one of these, and did they have any problems after they purchased it?

Does anyone have any general info about such houses...? Thanks!
