Anyone know where I could get parts for a Leisure 17. I noticed yesterday that the piece which connects the boom to the mast is cracked. Probably not good :)

    thanks, Bam

It's called a gooseneck and you might have to bring the old one to your nearest chandler to match it up.

Or Windmill Leisure, Viking Marine, or Western Marine, if you are Southside.

    bambam,

How do you fnd the Leisure 17?
I am currently (sort of) in the market for a day-sailer, and the Leisure 17 has popped up a couple of times. I'm a relative novice myself, and wondering if you recommend it.

    noby.

well Noby, we are just about to put it in the water. So unfortunately I can't say how it sails. But anyone I spoke to recommended it as a good boat for beginners.
