Urgent: Can anyone tell me the format of a letter for English?

:eek: Just realise it sometimes comes up in poetry and the reading comprehensions as a Part B :eek: I've a rough idea, but can anyone clarify? Thanks

address on top right corner of the page, then you start with dear (persons name) then do your normal paragraphs throughout the letter then at the end sign yours sincerly and your name.

Thanks That's your address on the top right is it? And do you put the date beneath that?

yeah obviosly the date under address

It's "sincerely" if you know their name, and "faithfully" if you don't.
