I went to check my usage so far this month, but it tells me I haven't used it at all yet (all zeroes). Anyone else having this problem?

Note: It's the thing at http://broadband.iol.ie/usage/

It's a common problem. Don't worry about it.
Give them a ring if you really want it fixed.

Mine has just started working again with no intervention from me. Had stoped working back in December.

    Mine too.
I haven't been billed for broadband since October. I wonder if that gonna start back too!!

I downloaded 70GB last month....better stop that now that they seem to be able to monitor again!

I used BT website email support and they sorted it out.

Yeah, mine stopped working for ages (since Feb at least), but I just checked yesterday and there's numbers that aren't zeros again!
