Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    BACKLASH // Philth (Live) & Jon Averill (Live) // This Saturday at Crawdaddy
    Part of Pogo at Pod, Harcourt St Dublin, Enter through Pod.

    Backlash is widely acknowledged as one of the best nights in the country and this Saturday
    see's another outing for our monthly gig at Crawdaddy (which have featured Who Made Who
    Nathan Fake, Digital Circus, Putsch 79 and Les Bien previously) this time its our own Jon
    Averill and Philth who provide the live sounds and Philth also celebrates his 30th birthday
    party with us.

    Philth's music career started with playing Prodigy riffs on his first Casio keyboard to an
    audienceof one, and DJing at his parents dinner parties in order to stay up late. From these
    humble beginings a love of all sorts of music was born.

    After practicing DJing at home for a couple of years he went on to hold residencies in The
    Kitchen, The Red Box, Music Centre, The Tivoli, and most recently for the last 2+ years for
    Backlash along the way he has played numerous support slots with some of the biggest
    names in the industry including Orbital, Dave Clarke, and Jacques Lu Cont.

    Phil's live partner is the mysterious Seki about who few details are know except that he hails
    from South London having grown up on a healthy diet of Carry On movies?

    Jon Averill also makes his live debut this Saturday. Jon has notched up a lof of support slots
    in a short spacea of time including DJing with Tiga, The Hacker, DJ Sneak, Damian Lazarus
    Jacques Lu Cont, Chicken Lips, Underworld, Black Strobe, Mylo, Vitalic and Micheal Mayer.

    To Acompany the live sets there will be live visual mixing on the night by Charlie Doran.
