Digiweb first connection

After being very quick to install the equipment (just 5 days from the online subscription) I'm now stuck with the modem flashing in the "cable link" led and then resetting after a while. Reading the modem logs it can't receive any packet from the DHCP. I rang yesterday Digiweb and they told me the they will solve the issue…

Anybody of you experienced the same problem?

Things seemed to have gone too smoothly and now I have the sensation that I will have to wait a long before having the connection..
