Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'll be trying to catch as many games as possible on the box during the world cup and will of course be keeping my eyes on boards to see what everyone makes of the greatest show on earth.

That said, I am anticipating loads of disparate threads popping up or worse still, some super threads (a la Liverpool signings....) which are very easy to just lose interest in trawling through!. It would be great if there was for the duration, a world cup section with world cup issues and thoughts only. I don't know if it is too late to muster one up, or if a mods head will explode at the mere mention of such a wild idea... but hey, this is a forum, and there's no harm in asking??.... what do you think??

No, there is enough forums on here with little or no action than to open another one, maybe a world cup thread

For most people here the World Cup is the only football happening this summer, and as such the soccer forum will be one big World Cup forum anyways. Sheesh.

One thread for the world cup? Too big, and if you werent online for a day or two, there would be too much to catch up on.

Id propose a World Cup Day 1 thread etc

foot.ie has a seperate forum for the world cup and it works well:
    http://foot.ie/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=35

I think it'd be a good idea, if not a bit late.
