Java to system tray

Hi, I have a small application that sends text messages via meteors website. At the minute I use a Java JFrame. Does anyone know the Java code so I can make it minimise to system tray (on Windows/Linux). app and source code are here: http://finbarr.brady.googlepages.com/ Cheers.

You can do it under SWT as well.
