I've been waiting a year now and I've heard nothing about my test. They are really extracting the urine when they do stuff like this. Just happens to be one of the hottest days of the year aswell, strange that ;)

The irony of this is that they cancelled 1300 tests to take time off to discuse the Government's attempted plans to bring in a private company to help reduce the waiting list for the driving test.

    Only in Ireland.

Civil service dinasours like these guys need to be taken on by the government. They just don't give a ****. They have a job for life and they are quite happy to piss about doing a few tests a day and failing half them.

    Here here.
They have long resisted any attempts at modernisation and change of work practices while at the same time getting a wage that is well above the industrial average.

We had some who would have done that a couple of years back - Seamus Brennan.

Cheers for that Bertie, now we can all go back to doing nothing and getting nowhere now that Cullen's in charge of Transport.
