    OT: Alright gang, calm down.....we've at least established that we'd like a day out of some description and the boys think the cinema idea is ghey, so we should just price the other options. Are there are more suggestions to be made?

    Oooh, I've not read this thread for AGES, and now I find out it'ssoe sort of day event now, which is fantastic (once it's on a weekend) cause I'll actually be able to go, oh and ir's great craic, but paintball can be quite painful, but I'm not too bothered.

    I was sarcastic when I said picnic. What I was thinking of was:
    1pm. Buy rolls and smoothies in local shops and eat in Stephen's Green.
    2pm. Go to film (if film is at 2:30-3:00 can have a pint in the Gresham next door.
    5pm. Go for Burger King
    7pm Start drinking
    4am Stop drinking and expell alcohol from multiple orafices
    12am Wake up and try and remember who got togther.

    Sounds good to me if we're gonna eat our lunch in a park, to have a soccer game.

    fantastic idea and if people really wanted to the stephens green stay could be extended so girls could do picnic and a shortish game of football could be played. also requires very little organising and people can join in when ever they finish work, good flexible plan

    Hate beaches.

    Ok instead of launching straight into a new thread and pole where there can only be ten options how about people post and say whether they are up for the park cinema drinking plan and when they would like it to be, what days of the week will work and what weeks will work.
