    I think we shoudl go with humbert's suggestion and just post up the dates we are/aren't available for, say, july and august.

    I'm free most weekends except for:
    8th, 15th and 22nd of July.

    Anything other than that is cool.

    Now if everyone else does the same we can get a rough idea of what dates are a definite no-no and what dates are the most plausible and have a vote on those.

    Date with teh most votes is the one we stick to.

    sorry PP but im in tonight till 6am. Got a new contract very close to the Porterhouse but there is no way in hell im telling ya'll where :)
