Depending on how you like the wind.

West to macroom via coachford and home the n22

West n22 to crookstown south to bandon and back to cork.

North west to mallow and back or east to ballyhooley/fermoy and back

East to midleton/ youghal and back by coast routes

East to midleton and on to Dongourney tallow lismore fermoy and back

these may help. Good runs and mainly good surfaces.

I live on the west side of Cork city so i find spins out to Macroom via coachford or crookstown to be handy. On a good day with a tail wind ul enjoy the spin into cork on the N22. Just do the work on the way out.

Heading out to banteer over Nad mountain is a good option. Come back through mallow.

Also the back road to Bandon from Ballincollig. Turn left after Killumny village. There is a good testing hill on this road. from Bandon hit crookstown, another good hill also
