Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    i just want to vent my frustration here.....

    someone plaese tell me why thay have to take so many f**kin ad breaks during a show. i was watching WWE vs ECW on wednesday night and during the battle royal they had 4 ad breaks..... it takes the buzz out of watching it. Is it something that sky are doing or are the WWE responsible?

    It really pisses me off!

    If somebody has a resonable explanation for this then please tell me cause its very annoying ! ! ! !

    you've obviously never watched raw on a monday night/ tuesday morning.

    it's american television. and when you see those little promo segments on smackdown, they're ad breaks in america.

    You see it in a lot of American shows over here. Like in the Simpsons, you'll see the screen go black for a moment. In America, that would be an ad break

    It's a pain in the hole alright. I don't know how the Yanks put up with it. It's even worse when they come back from an ad break only to show Vince talking to somebody before they go to...another ad break. It's ridiculous.

    Edit: That was my 4,000th post. I'm sure I could have used it better. :)

    :mad: Did anybody see the saturday night main event a while back? It went on breaks every 10 minutes. It was so annoying!!

    that was the reason i used to record RAW. way too many ad breaks on American tv. luckily its not as bad as Turkish tv :eek:

    I know it's a little of topic, will ECW be on SKY? If so when and where?

    U.S T.V sucks they ahve so many ads it's hard to get into any show over there.

    The main reason soccer isn't main stream is because the Yank networks can't concieve going 45minutes without an ad break.

    i agree with you......US tv is by far the worst.....its not uncommon to have 6 commercial breaks for every hour over there...at least its not that bad over here........yet

    It's replacing Velocity over here, so Sky Sports 3 on Sunday at 10, I think. Sometimes they change it to 11, I'm not sure. Starts next week. And replayed on Monday a bit earlier I think. The Sunday show here will be the live American show from the Tuesday beforehand..which might mean SD over here could contain ECW spoilers

    Agree 100% granted WWE can't change the amount of breaks, but to to waste time like they do when they are on is criminal, any segment not relating to a feud should be chopped, and some that are relating to a feud should be trimmed down to the essentials.
