I got a head unit adaptor from http://www.autoleads.co.uk/products.html when all else failed for a 99 Corolla shipped to my door a few yrs back.

Autoleads website should (used to) have a list of authorised dealers in Ireland. Deevys in Waterford (www.deevys.com) are one, for example.
