Hello,

I have purchased a 3-bed duplex in Charlesland Park which is set to be ready for snagging in August (fingers crossed). We want to change the tiles in the ensuite bathroom, (I have selected and bought my own) but I have had a terrible time trying to contact Ray Cooke, Durkin's onsite tiler. I'm afraid they are going to tile the place before I can get a hold of him! Has anyone else had this problem?

Have Durkin been on schedule lately? I think they're keen to finish off the phase.
