Looking to buy oddball property (ie old Church etc)

Been around looking at a few odd things, but its always a bit hit and miss actually finding them, especially those out of the way old churches. Interested in something unusual in need of rennovation (but not demolishion and rebuild!), like old Church, Tower etc. Anyone know of such things or a good way of finding them?…

EDIT: Should point out ideally needs to be upto an hours drive from Dublin 15 area.
