Mold on Shower Rail

I've noticed mold has apperared on the shower rail that lines the shower tray, due to not being cleaned in a while, some of the sealant was put on very messy and spilled onto the railing and this has being mold coloured as well. I've tried vinegar, etc and just cannot get the stains out, any suggestions?
