Dormer attic conversion in Fingal ?

    Anyone know if it's impossible to get planning for a dormer attic conversion in Fingal ? I only know of one in the area done recently - everyone seems to do the non dormer version, maybe becuase of cost, but I suspect also to do with planning.

    Any ideas ?

    Also, how much extra in % terms should a dormer conversion cost over and above a standard conversion ?
