    here is the actual answer :D

    Nephew = William

    Harry = Williams Uncle
    John = Williams Uncle
    Pat = Williams Father

    Therefore
    Harry and John had a nephew in the house which was william

    Pat was passing his own house so it was his son william was in there.. :D
