I am starting work in Intel in the next few weeks and am looking for a place in either Maynooth, Leixlip, Clonsilla etc. Somewhere in the 600 - 900 euro range.
It will be myself and the missus, not looking to share.

Try Maynooth, I'm guessing lots of space, what with students away for the summer.

Indeed... I went up there around this time in 2004 and there was loads of accommodation in Leixlip/Maynooth/Cellbridge/Lucan - daft.ie is your best bet.

Been looking on Daft already, some places to see when I go down this week or maybe next. Lived in Celbridge for a year and really not too interested in going back there.

A few for let signs in Lousia Park which is a five min walk to Intel.

A one bed was on daft for about €900 per month. Decent size place.

You'll really struggle to find a place for €600-€800 in Maynooth, Leixlip or Clonsilla, even with the students gone. An apartment in those areas generaly goes for €800+. Try looking at Celbridge though, seems a bit cheaper out there.

Oh and by the way, don't just rely on daft, go visit the places and look in news agent shop windows, etc. You'd have a good chance and seeing something even cheaper.

Yeah I would go with this as well. As I said lots of for let boards up near Louisa Bridge but cant see alot of them on Daft. Another place to try might be Lucan. Its about 45 min walk to Intel

We have an apt in Maynooth for rent (2 bed) for €900/month. This is the cheapest you'll get.

Our lease is finishing on 7th Aug, so its available after that. We got it from Coonans in Maynooth who seem to specialise in apts for rent in the general area.

If you like, I can look at the internal classifieds inside Intel for you for property to let? I saw a good few houses in the area posted up last week asking to be rented...
