IBB in Athlone - where?

    Anyone know where the IBB mast is in Athlone?

    Sorry, the high site that Irish Broadband is broadcasting from.

    Their help desk doesnt know where it is but according to their website they are selling their Breeze product in Athlone :)

    not sure... there is a big telecoms mast in a place called garden vale... unless they are using that. u cant miss it... can be seen anywhere near or in the town

    Its about 5KM East of the town, attached to ESB Power Buildings

    Dont know where gary castle is but the highsite is located at the ESB building. AFAIK though the Highsite is no longer available for new customers. Contact their sales peeps and they sjould be able to tell you if there is a service available.

    The ESB HQ is in Garrycastle (opposite the FAS building). It's about 1 mile as the crow flies from the RTE mast. This ESB building is not 5KM east of the town though, as Rattlehead_ie mentioned, unless he's on about a different ESB mast.

    Hey I knew what area around it was, Im just not familiar with Athlone at all, + judging distance on google map Im not good at :p
