i'm in the exact same situation i reckon from scratch in these 5 days the highest i'll get is a B2, what i'm doing is concentrating on ALL the experiments, atomic theory and organic chemistry and i think that'll be fine. If i do that extremely well i'm looking at about 65% or 70% right there! so just put you're head down now and go for it!!!!!!!

i did it last year
but had german on the friday to do too

have to do it all again this year

are you OUT of your mind???????? a B2 in 5 days...youre obviously more confident than me.

I have probaly only been to 6 chemistry classes all year.

no seriously it can be done! like i mean do all the experiments perfectly theres only so many questions they can ask you on them and thats 38% already! atomic theory isnt the worst just learn it straight off the only hard part is the organic stuff! i'm the exact same never went to chemistry and neither did the teacher actually.......

I wouldnt even touch organic chemistry at this late stage ,the thought of it makes me physically sick. Ill do the organic experiments though.

IMHO, it can be done, but you'd be shattered in the exam..at least I would. Bleach, water of crystallistation, ethanoic acid preparation, molecular mass of a volatile liquid are four that could come up in Section A. Atomic theory, Le Chatelier's principle, Mechanisms of reactions should see ya through.

Ive done all atomic theory so far (well a month ago or so!) but I have to do the rest of the course in four days (german on friday!) Im not leaving any thing out!this leavin has not exactly been predictable(only english was and kinda bilogy!) no prediction study my ass of get my A Im determined!i can I need to do this!everything else is ****e!

well any one who leaves out organic is a fool
it's pretty easy once you get into it.
and I'd make sure to do ph and water chapters too
and acid and bases

im looking through past papers now
ph,acid,bases and water came up last year as a long question so ill give it a skip lol
Ill focus more on rates and catalysts for Q 8.


and Im not a fool for leaving out organic ,I just know ill get bogged down with all the crap,will learn it half assed and wont learn any other topics as well as a result.

I intend on doing the whole course over the next few days. I havn't touched it since easter and i need an A1 so here goes nothing:)

yeah i'm starting the course from scratch tomorrow! won't be doing anything on sunday though because i'll be recovering from the night before
