How much cement do I need?

I am building a garage that needs 1500 standard building blocks. Anyone know how to work out how many bags o cement and how much sand I'll need?

I wouldn't use sand I'd use mortar (not being smart) you might be better off getting ready mixed delivered ,I think they can do a 24 or 48 hr mix and they'll tell you how much you need
