moving house - what stays and what can go?

Hi, Im moving house shortly and am just wondering what exactly "fixtures and Fittings" are to be left behind for the new occupiers i.e. can i take the curtains and poles and leave the blinds? TV brackets on walls etc. Any help would be appreciated!

You just leave whatever you agreed to leave. We made a list of what we were leaving and gave it to our solicitor. The only issue if your removing light fixtures is to make sure you replace them with something functional.
