Wireless cable TV

Folks,
Does anyone know if a box exists that will transmit a wireless TV signal throughout the house. I know video senders exist, but I’m looking for something that basically just transmits the signal so you could just tune and use the remote as normal on the recipient TV.

Google’d this and got nothing.

I don't think such a device exists. The video sender transmitter mentioned would be plugged into your vcr, skybox out etc, the receiver plugged into the scart of the second tv. Turn that telly on to AV and use the video remote (or a universal) to change channels on the video, as it will send the ir signal back. Works fine as long as you aren't recording something!

Yeah that’s what I suspected, I’d imagine the bandwidth on a wireless signal might be too narrow to carry a cable TV signal (I’m no expert, just guessing!). Shame, it would be a handy piece of kit.
