Here is a new MMORPG called Infinity. It is still in a very early Alpha phase but looks very nice as the developer tries to mix features from Freelancer, Allegiance Online, X-Online and Eve Online. To me it's seems to be a light at the end of the dark tunnel called "Space Games".

Something to take the torch from Elite? Especially scince there seems to be only one programmer.

Expect a galaxy with up to a hundred billions of worlds. You will not be able to visit them all in your whole lifetime, even if you were to spend only one second per world!

That would be impressive, sounds like alot of the content will be player created and driven. I'd be intrested to see if it has a typical mmo style skills system or if he goes for what Eve-online are doing.

this is still hoping along quite nicely. He recently implemented nebulas and holy crap they look awseome.
