I know fastnet took over Ildana cistomers when Ildana went into liquidation, are they just mad busy or are they running into trouble?

Seperately in other forums posters are asking why the Fastnet customer service has disappeared.

I don't know anything about Fastnet? who are they just out of interest do they have a link?
