    Hello All
    Currently moving back to Laois and wondered could anyone tell me about their bband experiences in Abbeyleix/Ballyroan areas - as I intend to be working remotely for much of week so bband avail. is pretty important.

    Wireless would be sufficient, particularly interested in digiweb as a service provider???? any experiences as sales pitch was impressive.....

    Eircom tell me the exchange has been updated but could nt really tell me more on it...../what that means exactly?

    any responses most welcome

    Torque don't cover Laois atm
    PremierBB don't mention Abbeyleix but if its in Mountmellick and Portlaoise they will cover Abbeyleix soon

    also according to to gov website these services are availiable in Abbeyleix

    Eircom DSL
    UTV Internet
    Perlico Communications
    Strencom
    Cinergi Telecom
    Digiweb Wireless

    I'd go with any of those to be honest except for Eircom
