B & B or hotel that take dogs?

hey all,

We bought my mum and dad a Cairn terrier for xmas,
they went away twice and left the dog in 2 seperate kennels we live near but the dog was very depressed on return so they wont leave her again,

is there any places you can stay in ireland that accept dogs? just to let them sleep overnight in or near the same premises and collect them in the morning and take them away?

I am sure there are others that are effected by this?

Appreciate any help, links or past experience

No problem. Also, if they're also thinking of travelling further afield, there's a huge number of dog friendly pubs, hotels and b&b's in the UK. A place I stayed in over there recently was a member of some kind of association of dog-friendly associations and they even published a guide book listing all the establishments that fell under that scheme. We were there at Christmas, and I think there were almost as many dogs staying there as people
