    We're moving out of the house we are renting. The rent is very cheap as
    the decor is old but if you don't mind that, then the place is perfect.
    NTL, BB, GFCH. I'm lining up a replacement as the landlord is a friend.
    Older resendial neighbourhood so party animals look elsewhere.

    €600 per month for the entire house
