BB refresh problems

I have eircom BB for more than 4 months and few times i had problem that my download statistics isnt updated for 3 or more days it i have 1mbps speed and 10GB limit so i always check my statictics that i wouldnt use to much of MBs.MAybe someone knows whats the reasons that my lstatistics doesnt refresh.after i write a…
