INFO: Sky remote code with Samsung 711MP LCD TV/Monitor

    Took a while but I finally got the sky remote working with my Samsung 711MP LCD TV/monitor.

    - Press TV on sky remote
    - Press Select & Red button until remote flashes twice
    - Enter 088 and press Select
    - Press Standby to ensure it works
