defrosted and refrozen quorn

    i bought quorn mince yesterday but in a mix up, it didn't make it back to the freezer so it completely defrosted. i refroze it when i realised, but is it still safe to use?

    I think that the strict rules apply to meat only and I have often refrozen veg.
    A tip for the future is to cook it and then refreeze. This even applies to meat. If raw meat gets defrosted then you can cook it and then freeze it.
