Bottom of blinds + moisture?

Hi all, The bottom of the blinds in my bedroom are dirty black from moisture. Any ideas how to remove this black stuff please?

Hi,

I had the same problem before. it was due to a lack of ventilation in the room and condensation. I used a little bleach diluted (my blinds were white) and it cleaned them. long term solution is to improve the ventilation in the room.
