Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

is there any old houses for sale, in drodheda ,or 5 mile radius that need renovation,i,m looking for a friend her budget is 240k max.I can see only council,or new houses on the property websites.i presume there must be older houses that need renovation for sale,in the local area.A two bedroom house would suit her.

I don't know of any but there are at least 10 big estate agents in Drogheda so I'm sure one of them knows of something. Get out the Golden Pages and an hour of calls should turn up something.

Your best bet is to buy a copy of the Drogheda Independent and also visit all the estate agents in the town. Sad to say but there won't be much going for €240 although I have seen the odd 2 bed property for around that price range. I'll keep my eye out for you.

You could ask in the Accomadation/Property forum, wouldnt do any harm. Best of luck.
