no - which is a pity but no big surprise... The local taxi companies will be happy to help you in that case.

If you need to go there for B&Q may be worth taking a
browse on the website. They dont have the Limerick Branch online
but it gives you a fair idea of what they have. and they do deliver.

If its Harvey Norman your after they have nothing much special
that you dont see anyplace else apart from some fantastic looking
    telly's

The Bike/car shop has some neat suff but expensive dunno what
    the toy store is like.

Was looking for B&Q on Google to today to see how far out it was
to the general location. I needed to buy a garden shed which takes
4 weeks to order and B&Q have the best value VS Quality.
I dont have a car so would have to get a
taxi both ways. It seemed madness to pay that much when it would
only take my 5 minutes to order. Be nice to see some better public transportation out to all these new places a lot of them seem to be in
awquard places for people that dont own cars. Anyway I ordered over the
phone but from the phone call I am nearly sure they will mess up the order and give me the wrong one as the description the gave me over the phone
matched a different model even though I asked for a more expensive one
with the exact price. If they do mess up thats 4 weeks wasted.

same for Dock Road - a lot of businesses (and people working there) but not a single bus line!

You could get the Castletroy bound bus via Mulgrave St/Ballysimon Rd. Get off at the stop opposite Woodlawn Park and walk out the rest of the way out the Tipperary Road. It is a bit of a walk though, about 1km. You would still have to get a taxi home though if you were buying anything from there.

It is silly that there is no bus service out there though. It might increase it's popularity.

Limerick had a better bus service in the 1980s than it does now. At least you could get a seat on the busier routs back then when you had double deck busses, but I am not going to put that record on right now.

As for eastway business park, you best bet is to get a cab. the bus stops about a mile away from it.

B&Q are hiring at the moment they are looking for people that want
to work early morning times (dunno how early) They had signs of looking
for staff when I was out there about a week or two ago.

That place for me at least is walkable as there is a back road that leads
onto Fr. Russell Rd. The Bike Shop there is good value and the toy store
is cheap too. Business is crippled without the Bus though. I reckon
that area will get developed more and it will get a bus route soon
they have been talking about a bus route to Mungret for years.

I remember going on the buses with my mother growing up and I can never recall anyone complaining. Dunno whay they got rid of the double decker bus
service in Limerick yet they still have them in operation in Dublin.

Way better service back then and the bus drivers at least Drove safer!
The Bus Drivers get a lot of stick from the Public I dont know
how they put up with so much torment. I have noticed over the years
They are much more agressive these days almost going up on the bumber of
the cars in front of them and even using their mobile phones making
calls without hands free kits etc not very safe in my opinion if your
transporting members of the public. Out my way since the road works started
my some miricle the bus service has improved!! They seem to have more buses on the route (I sometimes see 3 in one run) Could have something to
do with more going down the greenfields hyde road route on the way into/out of town.

Named as the most pessimistic person in this forum my 2 cent: those three busses - are they on the Rahee-City Centre route? I have noticed this sometimes as well. In particular if you are waiting at the Raheen roundabout for a bus. They are supposed to come every 10 minutes. But then after 30 minutes waiting and boiling with rage three busses are coming. But i think we've discussed this alread and it's going off-topic... ;)

Probably I'm the 2nd most pessimestic person here (Hey I'am a goth of course I am pessimistic :) )
I know what you mean often a time I waited for ages and
the blood started to boil then 3 bus'es arrive.
But it has got better lately. By rule of thumb I used to
go for 20min to the hour and 20 min after the hour to try get a bus
but I reckon Now they have at least 3 an hour going from Raheen Industrial
estate through greenfields/hyde rd to Town centre.
