just a quickquestion been offered a cheap 939 mobo model and make are as follows Gigabyte ga-k8rs482m havent seen it but said owner doesn't know if it's agp or pci-e cant find the model on there spawn hole of a website , has any1 got a klew kind regards

It'll say what it is beside the graphics card slot. Be it PCI-E or AGP.

havent laid eyes on it!!!!!
was hoping to find it online before payin for it!!!

as this is the uber fountin of knowledge i was hoping sum1 might have seen one before!!

as it is coming out of a rig i will be seeing it for the first time when
it arrives!!

Hi! I have similar conf: Gigabyte GA-K8RS482M motherboard with ATI RS480, pci-e Nvidia 6200SE;) TurboCache don't stable, it longer takes to freeze.

Well, looks like its psi-e board.....

right got the system it is a scaleo p
but with a sempron 3200+
160g sata
512mb ram
and a x1300 256mb card

bumped it up to a 3500+ athlon
2 gig ram
560gigs of h/d space
and still cant determine that its agp or pci-e
any suggestions??

the rs482 in the name refers to the ATI 480 series chipsets and they are all either integrated graphics or PCI express x 16 graphics.

You say it has a card in it already , assuming its not integrated then its a PCI express slot.

This is the closest I could get on gigabyte , your board must be a custom board as its not available to buy as a component.
