    Hi, One clean single room with ensuite walk-in shower.Lots of Built in Shelf units and a wardrobe so lots of storage space.tv in room, nothing flash but it works just fine.Room available for 6 months. From July 9th

    It's on the ground floor, with downstairs toilet in the hallway. It's a cosy house, not huge but not totally poky either. Open plan sitting room and nice kitchen with all mod cons. we have broadband too

    We're about 5 mins walk to the nearest Luas station(Windy Arbour and also Milltown is just up the road.5 min walk to Clonskeagh too. 15 mins to get into town. On a good bus corridor- 44/44c 48A 11a Nightlink too.

    We're 3 easygoing people(1 couple and 1 guy)(2 smokers-quitting soon!!),we try and keep the place tidy but we're not neat freaks. Aged 21-24

    We're all working so no crazy midweek parties i'm afraid. Weekends though, we're always up for a few pints or heading out. Looking for anyone easygoing, up for a laugh who doesn't mind helping with the dishes. (and maybe few games of "non-serious" Tip Rugby during the summer!!)
