IBB - constant timeouts and disconnects the past week?

    I'm on Irish Broadband on the Ballycoolin mast.

    The last week I've been having issues with random timeouts (for 2-3 mins ..) and then just downright stoppage of service for up to 30 mins.

    A lot of the time this will be resolved by resetting the "modem" they provide, but other times it's just the waiting game.

    I was on the phone and he failed to find any issues but that he'd have a look into it further (there's been 2 phone calls now).

    I'm off on holidays now for 2 weeks so won't be able to chase them up so I wanted to see if anyone else has had the same issues recently?
