Ok it was out around '96 ish I think, could of been before that, maybe after, its kinda a dance song and theres this native american guy on vocals going "i i i, o i i i, o iii, iii, o o e i o i" thats what it sounds like in anyways read it out loud and you should remember the song. Thanks a million.

Anyway its by a band called Enigma and its called Return to Innocence ,

Its on an album called cross of changes ,
