Broadband problem

There seems to be problem with the broadband in my parents home. Whenever they try and open a web page, the dial up screen for a 56k modem appears and the web page won't appear if they click "work offline". The broadband connection is actually working though because my brother loaded up a poker client and that worked fine. Any suggestions on what could be causing the problem?

Go to Control panel --> Internet options --> click Connections tab --> select "never dial a connection" and click apply and OK. That should solve your problem.
