Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Using Opera mini with meteor L6

Hi, unfortunately I have another question about the scary world of mobile phones: I seem to be able to access meteor wap with my Motorola L6 phone, using the default settings that came with the phone. I would like to be able to use Opera mini however, and I have downloaded it, but it refuses to see any connection, constantly saying that I don't have a working network connection. Do meteor have really bad compatibility or something? I also can't access my gmail over wap, it gives me a 501 error. Could these problems have anything to do with SSL support? Does Meteor have this? Any other suggestions. I have tried ringing up meteor and asking them to set me up for meteor isp, they have said that they've done this. I f**king hate mobiles - they're far too complicated and nothing seems to work properly!

This may sound stupid but Did you put isp settings in? Has been discussed earlier...

Gmail doesn't work with Meteor for some reason. Not sure why.

To be honest, for an L6, you're better off sticking with the built in browser, as GPRS costs (and speeds) are insufficient for Opera.
