    IBB ripwave Ballymun mast down again


    About a week ago it was down for about 20 hours.

    The guy in tech support told me I was to reinstall my network card drivers. I rang back half an hour later and a different guy admitted the Ballymun mast was down.

    Today it was down for about 5 hours.

    This is bull****. No warnings. No apologies. Crap tech support.
