    Alright I have taken on board what some posters said and think its a better way to go as it would be unfair that a poster who did the challenge be selected to be out of the vote and the rest in even thought others didnt bother to put the work in, Dave and Pythia Im looking at you. So from now on, when a number of people dont do the challenge they are up for the chop.
