    Not pure coincidence in my opinion. These giys are seeing what a shambles the legal/judicial system is in here in our little cabbage patch. When rapists and pedophiles are walking the streets after serving lenient sentences and the minister is bull$hitting and handbag fighting there is little wonder.

    The criminal is better served by the courts than the victim.

    Yes, but why appeal around the time of V Guerins anniversary when there is heightened awareness of Guerin and what happened to her. Would any other time not be better?
