Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi All, Looking for some help from my wonderful fellow boardsies

Looking to get a new phone for my mom. Nothing too fancy/expensive but would like a few extras like vodafone live and a camera.

As much as I have tried to persuade her, she wont let me get her one off boards so it'll have to be a newbie from the pretty crappy vodafone RTG range.

    Anyway, thinking about the

    Motorola E770v
    Nokia 6101
    Sony Ericsson V600i

Anyone any experience with these phones? All opinions much appreciated!

    Orlee :D

This site has info on pretty much every phone released, so you can see if others who have the phone experienced any problems, like battery life and crashes

First of all. I would never buy a motorola phone, any motorola phone I have used has been awful, and various problems arose.(Especially the RAZR, anyone i know who has a RAZR has had at leats one problem with it.) The menu's/OS are also very badly laid out.

Any nokia I have had has been easy to use, reliable and well made. I have only ever had one problem with a nokia, ever.

Sony Ericsson are very good also, but some are a bit fiddley, overall I think they are very good.

I would eithee go with the nokia, or sony

    They're not really an issue

    Cool, thanks for that!

    @Kevin Irving
I agree with the Nokia and Sony over the Motorola, definately my preference!

Hi, been on a couple of the mobile review sites and the Sony Ericsson V600i is getting some bad reports on sound but then theres a load of people contradicting this and saying the sound is great? It's about a 50/50 split.

    Anyone any experience with them?
