I wanna go named driver insurance on my sisters car its a 1.4 litre but she ran into a lad a few months ago and the damage to his car was €800 which she let him claim off her insurance. I'm just wondering will this affect my quote on her insurance? Thanks!

Its her car, her insurance, and she claimed ..............right ?

So if she adds you onto her policy it wont make any diffference, the amount should still be the same because they are accessing YOUR risk !
